Viewing alert requests

You can drill down to see the details of each alert request submitted by a customer. 

Each alert request will show the product name, SKU, customer name & email, and notification status.  If a product has variants, then the customer's variant preference will be captured. The SKU will be the variant SKU if applicable. 

The alert request detail view will provide some more information about each notification that has been sent. Notably, this will include any error messages if the email failed to send.
