Why is the sign-up form not being shown on the product page?

We recommend making sure that the sign-up form is enabled in settings: "Enable alert requests". 

If you've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, or manually remove the script in Script Manager, then we would recommend unselecting this option, saving settings, reselecting this option, and saving settings again. This will republish the script to your store.

What are the plan limits?

Our $39.99/plan allows for up to 10,000 back-in-stock alert emails per month. If you think you will need more, please get in touch.

How do I send emails from my own domain?

If you wish for emails to come from your own domain rather than [email protected] then we recommend connecting your own SMTP service.

Why does the app not load in BigCommerce admin?

BigCommerce does not currently support accessing apps when using the Sarafi browser, or when using Private Browsing in other browsers.

Instead, our app will detect these scenarios and provide you with the option of opening the app in a new tab outside of the BigCommerce admin.
