Start Installation Process
To kick off the installation process, find the app on the BigCommerce marketplace and follow the Get App link to view the app within your BigCommerce store. Once you’re ready, click the Install button.
As with installing any app, we recommend reviewing the permission that you are giving. We only ask for the minimum required to support the app, e.g. store information and products. Then choose Confirm
You’re all set
Following installation, you will see a success message. You can optionally subscribe to email updates and then proceed to view your categories and start merchandising.
Why am I immediately logged out when I access the app?
BigCommerce does not currently support accessing apps when using Incognito or Private Browsing windows.
BigCommerce also does not currently support accessing apps through Safari.
To avoid these two issues, we recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge in regular mode (not private browsing mode).
